I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and have classes in Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pilates, BTS Body Balance, BTS Body Combat and Dance.


In 1999 I trained as a dancer and became inspired by the effect that yoga and Pilates had on my body and my mind: precise, peaceful and non-judgmental. I always have a dancers 'eye' when it comes to posture and grace within my classes. This adds that extra element to my style of teaching and enables my clients to really see the benefits and results of good posture and a proud mind.

I am now freelance teaching mind and body classes in the Sussex area and also seeking clients who wish to undertake private tuition in yoga, Pilates, and more specific needs:

Restorative, stretching, stress relief, pre/post natal.

I have always found a great happiness in embarking with individuals on their journeys in mind and body classes- seeing positive and vast improvements from ailments, injuries and lifestyle patterns. Helping people to de-stress in this busy day and age is my goal! I wish to continue to pass my knowledge and friendly style of teaching on to many more.
